A website for information and introductions
The website explains HELIOS services and provides general business information. Viewing it, using a calculator or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability or establish a professional engagement. Services begin only through an agreed written scope and agreement.
What the website does not provide
HELIOS is not a CPA firm. Website material is not tax, audit, assurance, investment, legal or clinical advice. Your qualified professionals retain those responsibilities. Bookkeeping, controller support and operational services depend on the records, access and responsibilities established in the engagement.
Scope and outcomes
Examples explain possible ways of working, not promises of profit, time savings, financing, permit approval or regulatory compliance. Research statistics describe their cited sources, not results achieved or guaranteed by HELIOS. Your service agreement controls deliverables, fees, changes, confidentiality and other engagement terms.
Use the website responsibly
Do not misuse the forms, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share. General inquiry channels should not be used to transmit sensitive client, patient, financial or employee records.
Content and outside resources
HELIOS branding and original materials are intended to help visitors evaluate its services. Do not present those materials as your own or use the brand to imply an affiliation without permission. Third-party trademarks, research and linked resources remain with their respective owners. Links provide context; they do not mean HELIOS controls the other service or guarantees its content.
